Omg I forgot how suspicious they made Jodie look in her introduction this is insane. I remember being so confused when I first watched this, buts it's kinda really fun knowing all the spoilers. Noticing all these little hints and actually knowing what they mean feels so satisfying.

Yeah I do know who rotten apple is although it is kinda a major spoiler. So like do not click on those of you don't wanna be spoiled. (I really wouldn't recommend reading it if you haven't seen the whole show yet, because it'd ruin later episodes so.)

In short rotten apple is that new bo member they introduced, Vermouth. And to explain that a bit more (even bigger spoiler)I think the show wants you to think that Jodie herself is Vermouth and that the "target" that she's found who has "changed their appearance" is Shinichi/Conan, when actually Jodie is in the FBI and the "target" (aka rotten apple) is Vermouth who has disguised as Araide, therefore changing her appearance. (Or maybe they just want the viewer to be confused until they figure out what happens later on idk.)
